This game parallels the add-a-ball version of the same design, which is named Neptune. Both are quite rare. Hit The Deck had a production run of only 375 units. The design is by John Osbourne, with art by Gordon Morison. The objective of the game is a sequence completion where, if you are skillful enough to complete all the black and/or red cards, the specials light to award replays. This is a tough game to beat, since the cards are scattered all about the playfield. Free games can also be won by achieving certain scores. This one-player replay game could be converted to an add a-ball if the operator desired.
